O casal se casou na Câmera Municipal de Manchester, em uma cerimônia com temática Potteriana, após Lewis ter feito o pedido de casamento no Mundo Mágico de Harry Potter no Universal Orlando Resort, no ano passado.

Eles não pouparam esforços para a realização de um casamento inspirado em Hogwarts incrivelmente detalhado. A recepção ocorreu no Midland Hotel, em Manchester, e tinha todo tipo de referência à série, desde plaquinhas de Azkaban na decoração até bombons Ferrero Rocher na forma de pomos de ouro.

Apesar dos noivos não casarem com vestes de Howgrats, os acessórios eram ainda melhores. A noiva usou uma cinta-liga de Hogwarts e salto-altos maravilhosos das Casas.
O noivo também tinha acessórios mágicos como as abotoaduras de Mapa do Maroto e uma boutonnière literária.
